Toto Wolff has urged George Russell to keep his emotions level through the swings of the 2026 season. "In this sport we tend to swing between mania and depression," Wolff said. "One weekend we're the greatest and we're world champions, and the next weekend, five days later, is the big depression, that everything is rubbish, the upgrade didn't work, the engine is not what we wanted. I think it's important to keep the balance."
